Graduate Management Trainee (GMT) Program

The GMT program is a 2-year in-house training program that gives opportunity for fresh graduates to join the bank and learn various skills required to excel in the industry. The training takes the trainees through key functions of the bank in a mentee mentorship style coupled to periodic placement at work stations.

The promise further solidifies our history, who we are and where we are heading as an institution – that is to do with our focus and strategy on solidifying our position as a tier 1 bank in Tanzania.

The key objectives of the program are centred about upskilling fresh graduates with banking knowledge and practical expertise in various disciplines while also strengthening the internal talent pool and building future leaders of the bank.

Through the GMT Program, the trainees are groomed for 360 degrees view of banking profession through rotations in major functions within the bank. At the end of the program, the trainees acquire rare skill set which are scarce in the market.

The Trainees are guaranteed employment with the bank at the end of the program.
